The lecture series I was so excited about has sold out. I was waiting to see what my new work schedule would be (I have to work one evening a week) and, when I went to buy my pass last night, I saw that registration was closed. I e-mailed the prof and he just got back to me telling me the hall has been completely filled by pre-registration, no chance of getting a seat. I'm really excited for him, but...

Man, I was really looking forward to this too...
