Wait, "Northern Exposure" (the first season, yet) is on ABC at 9 on Sunday nights? Is this a local affiliate thing, or is ABC rerunning them for the summer or something?

Why was I not told about this???

[EDIT] Yes, it is a local affiliate thing. ABC apparently has no network programming on Sunday after 9pm. And yes, I am reminded that it wasn't until the second season that the show really took off....

I'd describe this week's doctor who as a much better follow up to last season's Love & Monsters. The burning question that Ronelyn and I wondered "Under what circumstances are you allowed to change Time?"

Next week, Captain Jack comes back! YAY!!!

I've been told that it's nothing like "L&M," with the exception that the main cast doesn't appear. That had me relieved.

Now you have me worried again.

I really, really, really hated "Love & Monsters"....

It was really good, and possibly the scariest Doctor Who ever. The plot is nothing like L&M, but the comparision can still be made due to the presentation of the episode.
I think it's what L&M should have been.

Well, it's Stephen Moffatt, so I do have high expectations. :-) (So happy he's writing a two-parter next year...)

I have heard that I will need a sofa to hide behind, yes. Although, as I watch it while sitting on our bed (yay, laptops), I suppose I can just dive under the covers....
